How much is SPO?
Free for all Sydney Pole students level 2 or above!
Special launch offer for Level 1 membership students- $20 per month
Normal monthly subscription cost- $40 per month
What do have access to once I’m a member?
Absolutely everything included on the platform! And with more coming soon!
What if I upgrade or downgrade my level membership?
If you downgrade from a higher level to a level 1 membership, SP will terminate your free access to SPO.
Should you wish to still have access to the platform while on a level 1 membership, you can do this by purchasing SPO via https://www.online.sydneypole.com/
If you upgrade from level 1 to level 2 or above, please discuss this with your customer service representative and they will set up your online account for you to access (allow around 48 hours for activation)

How do I find what I need?
You can search by trick name, week of syllabus, tech level and more in the search bar at the top of the website. Alternatively, you can browse by category on the drop down menu on the left hand side.
Why aren’t there captions?
The platform SPO is housed on isn’t equipped to automatically caption video content, but we will be converting all the videos to captioned versions over the coming months.
Time stamps would be great on the full class tutorials!
This is something else that will be coming soon so you can find the section of a class you want easily. In the meantime, you can search for each trick individually by using the search bar at the top of the website.

Where is Tech 5 +?
Currently being filmed! We are hoping to have your entire syllabus completed and online by the end of 2024, so that ALL SP students can have access to high quality online tutorials.
Why are there only three dance tutorials?
Again, these are currently being filmed! We are aiming to get a much broader range of our dance tutorials online. In the meantime, we have our entire back catalogue of over 100 levelled routines on the platform for you to follow along or simply watch for inspiration. Head to “Routines’ in the dropdown menu and search by level to find your favourites.
What if I don’t have a pole at home?
No pole, no problem! We have lots of classes that don’t require a pole like flexibility, conditioning meditation and wellness!
TROUBLESHOOTING
I'm a Level 2 + student but my account doesn't seem to be active.
Ensure you are trying to login using this email address/the one attached to your SP account. Also ensure that you click "reset password" to reset the first time you access the platform.
I can't view the videos properly on my mobile.
Download the app rather than using an internet browser on a mobile device for the best viewing experience.
